DESCRIPTION:On Oct. 12\, Lee had his first appearance in front of a judge to determine bond. The judge gave him No Bond.  But then on Oct. 17 — when Lee was scheduled for his arraignment and after he dumped the public defender he was assigned and hired two criminal defense attorneys — it somehow turned into a bond hearing. \nWe sent a videographer to cover what was supposed to be an arraignment on November 20\, and January 28\, but both ended up being a bond modification and hearing to demand autopsy results/indictment respectively. \nLee Gilley’s arraignment is now set for March 25 at 9 a.m. at the Harris County Court in Houston. \n☀️ For more of the latest on the Gilley case\, listen to our playlist covering the Christa Bauer Gilley Case.
