Alex steals the entire $355,693 settlement for a client referred to only as “BB” in the federal court filings.

Wednesday, December 26 - Alex steals $225,073.46 from a victim referred to only as AH in the federal indictment. 

Tuesday, December 4 - Alex’s homeowner’s insurance settles the claim in the Gloria Satterfield case for $505,000. The funds go to fellow attorney Cory Fleming, who is suing Alex on behalf of Gloria’s sons.  

At some point in October 2018, Alex steals $19,500 of settlement money from a client referred to as MD in federal court filings. 

In August 2018, Alex begins stealing from a client referred to as JJ in federal court filings and takes a total of $150,000 by the end of September 2018.

At some point in July 2018, Bank of America force closes the Fake Forge account due to it being overdrawn, according to the federal indictment.
