A female caller reported to MBPD that she was at home in New Jersey when she recieved a lewd text and photographs from a male offender, as well as a video call while the male was performing an obscene act, all on 6/8/22. The offender told the officer that he was in the city at the time of their video call. The address on the report is the 800 block of Howard Avenue
