We now have the documents pertaining to second circuit solicitor David Miller — the same solicitor who allowed the sweetheart deal for thrice-accused rapist Bowen Turner — in his quest to become a judge in South Carolina.
The JMSC ultimately found Miller qualified to become a judge despite testimony from victim advocate attorney Sarah Ford and a 400-page exhibit demonstrating how Miller dropped the ball in prosecuting Turner.
The transcripts, video, and exhibits were made public on January 11, just four weeks before the general assembly is scheduled to vote on whether or not to appoint him to the bench.
Take a look at the Miller’s application documents and video of Miller’s appearance in from the JMSC.
