After nearly seven hours of hearing from the jurors who found Alex guilty of murder and other testimony, Justice Toal concluded that Colleton County Clerk Becky Hill made “fleeting and foolish” comments to people around her, including one or more jurors, in her quest for publicity but that she did not tamper with the jury.
