UPDATE Jane Doe No. 1 has responded to Myrtle Beach “Pastor” JP Miller’s counterclaim, asking the court to dismiss it. Why? Because JP is a double 
and I remain fascinated why his attorney doesn’t stop it.
Jane Doe No. 1 was 15 when JP Miller raped her in 1998, according to her February lawsuit. In his response to the allegations, which he denied, JP also filed a defamation case against Jane
In Jane’s latest filing she essentially reaches over and honks JP’s big red balloon nose by pointing out that his counterclaim (WHICH WAS FILED BY AN LICENSED ATTORNEY, btw … ole Russell B. Long or, as we call him “Russell Be Wronggg”) had none of the necessary elements to qualify it as a defamation claim.
JP Miller and his attorney didn’t provide, you know, “facts” like what Jane supposedly said, how it was published, was it libel or slander, who saw the supposed publication of the supposed defamatory comments that JP couldn’t be bothered to outline and when? When did this happen?
So Jane is asking the court to tell the clown to get lost OR force him to file his lawsuit like a big boy clown and not a petty little clitch (that is to say, clown bitch … all my words, not Jane’s). Which brings me to the next fiery part of this
Jane Doe No. 1 is CALLING JP MILLER OUT! 
And saying what needs to be said, which is this: JP Miller is improperly using the courts to threaten and harass his adversaries! She’s suing him for ABUSE OF PROCESS 
AND it gets better …. Jane Doe No. 1 says that everything she has alleged JP Miller did to her is true and there are witnesses.
A former employee of Wayne Miller’s churches from back in 1998 remembers the day Jane Doe No. 1 — WHO WAS A CHILD AT THE TIME — says she was raped by JP Miller. This is huge! I am so proud of whoever this witness is and I bow down to this person. It is never too late to do the right thing
