Obstructing Justice...? Horrifying Evidence & Hilarious Comments are Stacking Up Against Horry County PD + Colucci Trial Prep

Happy Mothers’ Day!!
It feels great to be back home on the safest beach vacation destination in South Carolina…. Hilton Head Island .
The last couple weeks have been a dizzying blur of activity. From Beth Braden finding incontrovertible evidence of police protectionism (AKA Obstruction of Justice in my opinion), to interviewing Jennifer Spivey Foley and Deborah Spivey for COJ #128, to having a hands-on role in the upcoming Murdaugh scripted series (IYKYK), to touring the incredibly accurate sets of the same.
And now with two sick pups finally on the mend, we are excited for a little rest this weekend with full weeks planned ahead as we gear up for Michael Colucci’s retrial beginning June 2nd. We plan to release a Premium Dive episode soon recapping the highlights from all we know about the case. We also curated a playlist you can find in your LUNASHARK Premium dashboard to listen sequentially or links to each episode are below.
As you’ll hear in COJ #129 this week with Liz, Eric and yours truly, Police Chief Kris Leonhardt — who should be resigning after lying to the public about the Scott Spivey investigation —had the nerve to pose for a photo with Lt. Gov @pamelasevette and they all thought this would be a good idea to post after our bombshell True Sunlight #99 published on Thursday.
Jennifer Spivey Foley is forcing officials to face some hard truths after her brother Scott was shot and killed following an alleged nine-mile chase by Weldon Boyd. Her lawsuit, with attorney Mark ‘The Tiger’ Tinsley, uncovered a treasure trove of evidence.
And while normally social media is rife with nonsense, but head over to the Horry County PD Pages where the comments are lately. It seems like people are paying attention, and we are here for it!

I am simply out of patience for people who enable corruption. You can hear all about the last two weeks in our Girl Talk #25 episode where we also touch on the absurdities of having to look at chalk drawings and hand written notes details the goings on in P Diddy’s in federal trial. In a world where robots and cameras are an essential component of everyday life, the fact that sketch artists are lining up each night at midnight to occupy the gallery seating is beyond ridiculous. Now more than ever, we need transparency in our courts so that our systems of justice can rebuild all the lost trust… or we are able to get angry enough to collectively choose to make changes.
We are headed back to Atlanta in a couple weeks and might have a VERY SPECIAL invitation to share with a couple lucky Premium Members. Stay tuned for details!
As always, your support is immensely appreciated and keeps us motivated to expose the truth wherever it leads, give voice to victims and get the story straight.
Stay Tuned, Stay Pesky and Stay In The Sunlight…
