John-Paul Miller’s Federal Arraignment

John-Paul Miller will be arraigned on his federal indictment charges of cyberstalking and false statements on January 12, 2026 at 2:30 pm.
The arraignment is scheduled to be held at the U.S. District of South Carolina Federal Court in Florence, SC.
Planning on attending? Here are some important information and helpful tips:
- Parking is located around the back of the building at 401 W. Evans St in Florence (click the map in this event listing for directions).
- The hearing is currently scheduled to be held in Courtroom #3 – attendees cannot enter until security arrives so patience is appreciated.
- Government ID’s are REQUIRED to enter the building, however they are not required to be REAL ID compliant.
- Electronics such as cell phones, smart watches, and cameras are NOT allowed inside. Please secure them in your vehicle.
- Appropriate dress: plan on dressing conservatively – jeans are appropriate, but clothing such as shorts, tank tops, and flip flops are not.
What time should someone arrive?
Hi Amy! With the hearing scheduled for 2:30, arriving an hour ahead of time would allow you to have plenty of time to get through security and to the courtroom. But we cannot say for sure, it’ll all depend on how many people are in attendance for the hearing.
