Then, disturbing developments in the Mica Francis Miller story: an anonymous Facebook page pushing JP’s “proof,” Mica’s mother appealing the probate court’s estate ruling, and the police reports Horry County ignored while Mica begged for help.
Finally, Beth introduces her new podcast, Time of Death, investigating the case of Gary Wayne Sutton — a Tennessee man facing a December 3 execution even though the state stipulated it has no eyewitnesses, no confession, and no physical evidence tying him to the crime.
