Mandy Matney and her attorneys, Becky Lindahl and Meredith Bannon, will present arguments before Judge R. Keith Kelly as they challenge a civil contempt claim.
The LUNASHARK team invites supporters to wear their favorite shade of pink and join them at Moss Justice Center in York, South Carolina, on May 15 at 10 am in support of Mandy’s reporting, her service to South Carolina, her right to prioritize her safety, and the First Amendment protections of a free press. The hearing is expected to last approximately two hours.
Please plan to arrive early to allow time for parking and courthouse security. Electronic devices may not be used inside the courtroom, and attendees should dress appropriately for court.

How can we support you guys on this date if we live out of state? Can we even watch the proceedings? I would attend if it were possible, however, I live on the West Coast.
