Stand Your Ground Hearing – Scott Spivey’s Wrongful Death Lawsuit
February 17 - February 21
A “stand your ground” hearing is schedule to begin on February 17, 2026 at the Horry County Courthouse in the Scott Spivey Wrongful Death lawsuit.
The hearing will decide if Weldon Boyd and Bradley Williams will be granted immunity in the shooting death of Scott Spivey on September 9, 2023.
